Affiliate Competition
In addition to having the chance to win a prize for yourself, your ticket purchase can also help your affiliate win cash for its next annual meeting. Proceeds from the Annual Drawing go toward ASRT Foundation programs that support and empower radiologic science professionals and students.
Prizes for Affiliates
Total Amount
First Prize: $750 to the affiliate that raises the most money.Second Prize: $250 to the affiliate that raises the second-highest amount of money.
Total Per Capita
First Prize: $750 to the affiliate that raises the most money per capita.Second Prize: $250 to the affiliate that raises the second-highest amount of money per capita.
Rules for the Affiliate Competition
- For an affiliate to receive credit for a ticket sale, "State Affiliate" must be selected as the source of how the purchaser learned about the drawing.
- The competition is open to ASRT affiliates considered active by the ASRT. Affiliates on probation are still eligible. Affiliates must be active throughout the time of the drawing, May 14-Aug. 12, to be eligible to win a prize.
- The winner of the first prize is not eligible to win the second prize.
- Winners of the competition will be notified by Sept. 30, 2012. If a winner does not claim their prize within 10 business days of Sept. 30, it will be offered to the runner up. Winners will be announced on the ASRT Foundation website by Sept. 7.
- Prizes will be disbursed to the winning affiliates by Sept. 30, 2012. Funds must be used by Sept. 30, 2013.
- Per capita is calculated based on the number of ASRT members active in the affiliate's region as of July 31, 2012.
- Cash prize is to be used in support of the affiliate's annual conference or other educational meeting. An accounting of the use of funds must be submitted to the ASRT Foundation by Oct. 15, 2013.

Are subordinates eligible for the affiliate competition?Subordinates are not eligible for a prize directly. We encourage you to work with your affiliate to let your members know about the Annual Drawing.
