Professional-Level Scholarships

The application period for 2012-2013 academic year scholarships has closed. Scholarship recipients will be announced by May 1, 2012. Many other organizations and affiliate societies offer scholarships as well. You can find a listing of them on the Additional Resources page.

Please Note: If you need to change your contact information or check the status of your application, you may log into the scholarship application module using the username and password you created when you started your application. You also can contact our scholarship provider, ISTS, directly at 877-525-8491 or contactus@applyISTS.com

Eligibility

To apply for a professional-level scholarship, you must meet the following criteria:
  • Be an ASRT member
  • Hold an unrestricted state license or be registered by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (or equivalent certifying body)
  • Have applied to or currently be attending an accredited degree or certificate program
  • Finish your degree or certificate program after Sept. 1, 2012
Application and Award Process
Instead of applying to a particular scholarship, you should complete the online application by clicking the link below. Once you apply, you will be automatically considered for all scholarships for which you meet the specific eligibility requirements; however, you can receive only one award per academic year.

You will be able to save your information during the application process and complete it at a later time. Make sure that you officially “submit” the application before the deadline on Feb. 1, 2012. It is important to answer all questions as thoroughly as possible so you will be considered for as many different scholarships as possible.

A variety of scholarships are available to help you return to school. Whether you’re completing a degree program or acquiring additional certification, a scholarship can help you meet your financial obligations.
